Letter of Agreement

Your acceptance on the following terms and conditions confirms your appointment as a member an editorial board.

  • Editorial board member appointment is initially for one year.
  • The Editorial board membership can be renewed for up to three additional year with reference to the needs and support provided by the member.
  • The Editorial Board Member agreement is purely for being as Editorial member not for the agreement to the material in the journal.

Responsibility of the Editorial Board Member

Editorial Board Member should test out the manuscript without any bias and should analyse the quality and originality of the manuscript so that the quality of the journal can be improved.

  • Should examine carefully the aim and objective of the manuscript.
  • Should examine the significant contributions to the concept result and conclusion.
  • Should analyze the correctness with the upto date references given in the manuscript.
  • Should copy edit and proof read the grammar, punctuation spelling in the manuscript.
  • Should give minimum of six suggestions based on the structure of the manuscript.

Honorarium

In acknowledgement with great appreciation to the Editorial Board Member, remuneration on the manuscript assessed by the Editorial Board Member is given.

Termination

The agreement can be terminated at any time based on the following condition.

  • Unsatisfactory performance by the Editorial Board Member on the assigned work.
  • Lack of Mutual understanding with the policy of the journal.
  • Financial status of the journal.
